Question Slide topper tension

The tension on the slide topper of the living room slide (driver's side) seems awfully loose. It doesn't take much wind for it to billow out to its limit. Is the tension adjustable? Are there directions?

You can change the tension on the A&Es--its not real easy and to my knowledge there are no instructions available. You have to hold against the spring tension with a screw-driver and re-set the holding rod[s]--not a lot of tension to deal with there but this process is not for the "faint of heart" either....
