Solar array

Does anyone know which battery bank Coach or chassis the solar array is supposed to charge. Mine is connected to the chassis bank when I think it makes more sense to be charging the house bank.

My is going to the house. Make sure your connections are good. Mine were bad on the roof.

Thanks. Mine had a receptacle in the roof and a plug on the wires from the array. They were corroded beyond repair. Why they did this does not make sense. I wired mine direct. I also moved the charging wires from the chassis to the house batteries.

That’s exactly what I did.
I also ran a wire to my trailer hitch.
When I plug in my enclosed trailer the solar on it charges the motor home too.
