Steering issue

Hi folks, we are having a steering centering issue on our 2000 36fdds and can't seem to verify is the drag link from the steering gear box to the tie rod is or was originally a straight tube or did it have a little bend in it for tire clearance.
If someone could take a look at theirs and let us know it would be very appreciated

Thanks

It does have a bend for tire clearance.

Has a modest bend, maybe 5-8 degrees
