If you open the Genslide completely you will see the motor and mechanism for the step cover above the generator. You should be able to check the motor and worm gear mechanism from under coach.

Ok found the problem. The connector at the toggle switch was disconnected. I took out the drink holder and reconnected and slide works great. I was not able to determine which fuse works the slide over. Thanks everybody for your help.
