Gail & John. Lundy, and others:

Actually, an online survey of Alpine owners, to evaluate the perceived importance of various suggestions, would be relatively easy to conduct. I could simply add a survey to my drivealpine.com website (which I have been successfully ignoring for a few weeks).

Suggestions, wish lists, wants, peeves, could be forwarded to me by (Gail & John??), I would do a work-up of the survey, get it OK'ed by G&J, and post it on the site. When someone takes the survey, the results are automatically forwarded via email to (?). Periodically, the results could be tallied and posted on the website.

A weighted response might be best-- such as "Rate each suggestion on a scale of 1 to 10", from "Could not care less." to "I would trade my first born for this.", or something similar. As with any survey, the more responses the more accurate the results.

Don't give up on me...I'm still thinking!

Unfortunately, right now our priority is on preparing to go pick up our new 2007, so I will probably come back to this survey idea in April. I want to be sure we have enough time before our August meeting of the Focus Group.

Thanks, again!

Gail

I would try to coincide the kick-off of a survey with a major rally so as to get lotsa responses soon. My $.02

Hey Mike,

Unfortunately, the next natl rally is next week at Hilton Head, so not enough time for that one. Then, the next one is in August at Newport, OR where our Focus Group will be meeting. But, thanks for the $.02!

However, maybe we can have Gale include a note about the survey when he sends out his email notice for the August rally.

G & J
When do you take delivery of your new rig? I plan on being at the factory next week.
