Thank You again to Uhlmanns in Chehalis, WA and Cummins, Chehalis for a fantastic repair on our '98 Alpine.

We bought it used from a RV dealer in Portland. It only had 30,000 miles on it and is our first diesel so we are on a huge learning curve.

We have had hydralic leaks on the engine door which they retro fitted with the new latches, they have replaced the toilet, installed a stationary sat dish to name just a few jobs that they have worked on for us.

This latest trip was for "unstable" air bags for which the air dryer filter was replaced and a valve on the front was replaced by Cummins after a preliminary diagnose by Uhlmanns . Rides like a dream again. Uhlmanns replaced a fuse for the wire that I had pulled loose from the auxliary 12 volt on the front dash.

Many thanks to all of the employees at Uhlmanns and Cummins but special thanks to Josh and Clayton that usually have to handle our issues. They are courteous, professional and friendly.

Our baby is home and we are getting ready for the trip "HOME" to Yakima!!! See ya all there!!

I want to add a "Me too" to this. Josh, Clayton, and Brian have been helpful, friendly, respectful and have made sure the job was done right. My first experience with their service was two years ago when I had a water leak from some unknown source inside the coach. The dealer I had been working with previously wouldn't work me in for three weeks and I had 10 days. Uhlmann's was able to see me in three days, found the problem, a split in the waterline to the icemaker (that I had paid the previous dealer to fix). They know me when I come in and I'm always greeted with a friendly word and a smile.

I will proudly pass along your comments to Josh, Clayton, and Brian. These guys work the trenches in an atmosphere that, by it's nature, is primarily negative, so your comments are much appreciated. Today's customers demand a high level of customer service, but very few actually express their appreciation when those demands are met. Thank you!
