Ed. on my 03 the DHS amp is located in the compartment on the passenger side of the TV. It is located at the back of the compartment and the labeling on the amp is impossible to read. When I first got my coach I could not get sound out of the TV, after numerous hours of trouble shooting I found that the rca cables from the TV were plugged into the wrong sockets on the amp.
I installed a new TV that had two HMI inputs. I used one for the bluray and the other for the satellite receiver. My dish receiver has an input for my OTA antenna so I didn't need to use a coax to connect OTA to the TV. I have a switch on the dash that selects input to the DHS amp. In order to "power on" the amp must be receiving a signal. I've upgraded the radio also and now that they are plugged into the right ports they both work with the surround system. One note if you are changing TVs. In order to work with the DHS system, the TV remote must also control the sound volume at the rca plugs on the rear of the TV. The DHS system does not have the capability to adjust the audio level, so that must be done by the TV or radio.
