Table behind front passenger seat

My wife and I just bought a 2000 36FDS and at some point someone has removed a piece of furniture from behind the passenger front seat. I am assuming it is some sort of a side table. Anyone out there have a good picture and/or a line on a place where I could find it? I have been looking around but haven't found much in the way of a used one for sale.

If you enlarge this picture, you can see the table. Ours has a Corian top and power outlets on the side. The table slides up and out.

I like the fireplace! I think dreamacre's picture is more of what might have been in mine judging on the layout. Gerry I will PM you and maybe I can swing by at some point in the next week. At the bare minimum I have a friend who is a wonderful woodworker, I can always get measurements and remake the piece. I have been scouring around looking for a RV wrecker that might happen to have what I'm after. Thanks for the help guys.

Here is a better picture. The horizontal part of the table lifts up and slides vertically down into the fixed box. There are 2 power outlets on the rear facing side. There is also a phone jack under the electric, but I doubt if that is needed now. The fireplace came from Home Depot. You can have just the simulated flames or add heat via a heating element and blower that are underneath. As you can see, our Lab is quite happy in front of it. LOL
