Has anyone contacted Doyle to see if would add the chassis "proprietary" information into the new tech data base? It is probably protected under his intellectual property rights, but I am sure he would like to lend a helping hand at this time to those of you "who are never out of warranty" at WRV.

I assumed Doyle sold those rights to Monomoy. Do you have info to the contrary?

Guess my suggestion wasn't too helpful. With the Doyle's being listed as co-defendants on the recent lawsuits I had assumed the lawyer filing the law suit did due diligence to include them as parties to the suit -- probably be a stretch to think it might still show ownership of some type/level in the intellectual property arena.

The bank was in charge when we left there about 3 weeks ago. I don't know how Monomoy fits into the picture now.

2nd hand information from a dealer is that Doyle kept the rights to the Peak Chassis and the Smart Beds. If so I guess Ron was smarter than Montamoy, he still has the prime assets and the buildings, they have a bunch of debt!

Hmmm, speculation would be doyle, needed to dump the debt because of those bad "first run" coaches back in the late 90's he had to buy back. Sold to Montamoy, to get out of debt. Now, he has the cash, most of the property rights to the coaches, and the buildings. Nothing to say he won't buy all the assets at 10cents on the dollar, and start all over again, debt free. However, I won't ever purchase another one from him or WRV, the 5th wheels were very well made, the Alpine coaches are a whole nother ball game.
