Teflon pads for dinette slideout

I have a 2006 Alpine Apex what size are pads that the dinette slide rides on thank you. pathfinder

Since no one has stepped up to answer your question, I suggest you remove a pad to measure it and then contact a company like:

Construction and Building Products | Bearing Pads | Teflon Slide Bearing Pads,

to see if they can approximate what you need.
