The Impossible Nut

At the lower left corner of my radiator fan shroud, is (was) a hose support bracket/hangar. It supports the large hydraulic hose, running from the fan itself, around to the hyrdaulic cooler, in front of the radiator.

The cheap bracket broke, from vibrations. I have a new stainless steel bracket to install, but woe is me. The bolt that holds the bracket on has a nut on the inside of the fan shroud. I cannot reach that nut in any fashion. The radiator fan prohibits me from reaching behind the shroud far enough to get to the nut. The only alternative I see is to remove the fan, which I do not intend to do.

Has anyone replaced that bracket or can offer suggestions as to how to get to the nut so I can remove and replace the bolt?

Thanks

The fan shroud is considerably larger than the fan diameter [for most of the shroud]. After verifying clearance, I'd use a self-tapping screw/bolt to mount the new bracket and leave the broken bracket/bolt inplace. You may need a right-angle drill/extension to drive the new screw/bolt.
