Tile Replacement
We have a 2008 MDTS low roof Alpine with tile in kitchen & bath areas. I have four cracked tiles that are getting to the point I have to do something with them soon. I was wondering if there is any information available as to what brand tile WRV used? I am hoping to just replace the cracked tiles and not the entire floor if I can find the replacement tile. I have tried local tile companies to no avail. Any input would be appreciated.

Hello Marvin; Unfortunately if no one has some extra I do not think you will be able to find replacements. We have a couple of cracked tiles in our 01 and when we went to WRV when the Coach was just a couple of years old we were told that they no longer had any and the suppler could not get any more.
Most tile companies’ change the design and color of their tiles quite offend. We were looking for tile for the house and found some we like bu8t by the time we were ready for the tile, the tile store told us, what we looked at and wanted was no longer manufactured and no longer available. We were told that the designs only last a short time before the manufacture changes the design and colors. After 5 years, I do not think anyone would have any lying around. Good luck on finding some tiles that matches.

Marvin & Donna:
I have an 04 and there are a couple of extra tiles in the basement. They are a light tan color. I'll go out in the morning and check and see if there is a mfr. name on the edge and let you know what I find.
I don't know who made the tiles for WRV but the Glading McBean Co. used to have replacement tiles for some very old lines. I once was working on a 50 year old house that had tile floors. We found the name and style # on the edge and were able to get more from the factory. I'll post back here tomorrow.

Marvin
I checked the tiles that I have and the only marking is "Made in Italy" and the # (4) and # (1). Sorry there is nothing more.

Have the same "trouble" with our DSDP. Can't find matching tile and Newmar says they don't have a record of what was used. Dealer took the spare tiles and scrap carpet out of the rig that it shipped with, before we took delivery, and they're now out of business anyway. Guess I'll have to replace all of it at once. Tile is still great looking, carpet not so good after 11 years.
