I don't believe any Alpine mid-doors have king beds

Having almost joined the lost spoiler club years ago, I second that. But it is fixable if you catch it before it flies away. Don't let that scare you away. Earlier years might not have that problem.

Thanks everyone, it's all the little things that add up. Also looking at a 06 36' MDDS and a 05 36' looks like the only difference is where they placed the door.

I am quite happy with my "early" (built in late 02) 03 40MDTS
Bought on e-bay for a bargain price in Mar 09 (7 years old and all bugs worked out)
  • Replaced Batteries, tires, fluids, and engine rubber, (hoses &belts) on arrival home (good practice IMO)
  • Refrigerator compressor replacement (Amanna)
  • Lift pump replacement (Cummins)
  • Cracked manifold (Cummins)
  • Leaking HWH hose over engine (Alpine and HWH issue)
  • Sink fell out (Alpine issue)
  • No brake problems (03 built between the old ZOPS and the adjustable pedals)
  • No steering box issues
  • No rear axle bolt issues
  • No gen set electrical issues
  • No U-joints failing
  • Yep, going down the road I had an AC shroud disappear (ez replacement, not Alpine)
  • No slides misaligned.
  • No radiator issues

Not too bad for a 10 yr old coach

Yep, I would buy another.....2003
