Last night when the coffee pot of microwave wad turned on the relay on the shore power side of the transfer switch cycled on and of. Today during tests it happens on both generator side, but only when a load is added. No problem with 110V lights, TV and inverter/charger.

Found that Surgeguard.com has trouble shooting guide under the specific models.

Will order a new one and let you know.

I have noticed, sometimes when I take off the shore power with the inverter/charger on, the inverter will kick in and out repeatedly until I turn it off for a few seconds. If I turn it off prior to taking off shore power, it won't do it, when I turn it on. Since I have figured out a work around to the problem, I don't worry about it any more.

Sounds like you might have had more watts being used than it could handle, try it again with just one of those devices on, and see what happens.

Have you checked all the connections inside the surge box? Mine had a loose neutral, which caused it to heat up and burn the insulation off the wire. I found several others that WRV did not tighten properly.

Turns out a resistor(??) fried on one of the circuit boards so the transfer switch/Surgeguard needed to be replaced.

FYI US Warranty covered all but the 1.5 hrs diagnostics.
