Turbo hose

I am in the process of ordering a 90 degree turbo hose. Referring to a past post, the part # is 3648-400-MK, Purosil, for the 500F.
I removed a blue hose, part # 90-400-16/E0601, 350F. This was supplied by WRV back in the glory days. This is a 6" X 5" leg elbow. The 6" leg was at the turbo end. Purosil confirms this is a special order.
The 3648 is a 6" X 6" leg elbow. A 500F is not available in a 6" X 5" configuration. Were there any conflicts with installing a 3648? There seems to be enough wiggle room to get this installed.

The inside of the hose has black streaks, as if oil had been placed near the turbo end opening and then blast it with a compressed air nozzle toward the CAC, creating thin rivulets of black (oil?). Is this indicative of a problem in the turbo?

Turbo seal is slightly leaking. Not a big problem unless the seal blows. I wouldn't worry about it now. Btw Purosil is a long time mfg of turbo hose. Another company who has made turbo hose for years is Flexfab. They are in Michigan I believe.

I used the 3648-400-MK and there were no conflicts.

Thank you for the input. Hose ordered. I hope they have the right clamps in the box. I ordered the heavy spring T bolt clamp.
