We are evaluating used coach service contracts for our 2000 Alpine. Currently we are looking at Good Sam CPS and ACC Warranty Services of Riverview FL.Would appreciate any comments.

I would never recommend ACC warranty to anyone. We purchased a extended warrany last Jan. in Quartzsite. In June when our radiator failed we were informed we had never sent in a 2 page inspection report that was required by the State of Florida. We had been issued a policy shortly after purchase. We were assurred by Steve Burgess at time of purchase that we were fully covered. Now that we had a claim, we suddenly had not met a condition that we had never been informed of. Several attempts through e-mail, phone and registered mail to contact Steve Burgess were never responded to. We were refunded the purchase price (overnight fed-ex) with a policy cancellation letter. Again correspondence was not acknowledged.
Beware of ACC.
