Vansco unit failure in 2004 Alpine

Hello to everyone! I was wondering if anyone has had a vansco bus fail? The unit located in the battery compartment has no red lights on just nothing. The two next to the front door appear to be working fine, red lights and all. Does anyone know how these units get their power? I have turned off both disconnects to reset the vansco units but still no red lights on the back unit. Any ideas still dead in the water.......won't start.

I had the same problem with my 2005. The battery compartment unit failed internally, but still had power (lights). There is a complete thread on this failure. Sound like you have a power issue, if the unit is completely dead.

Even though you have no lights, have you tried to reset the units? If not reset them both see if that clears the problem.
