Hi guys!
I will be flying out to WRV on Tuesday December 11-14. If there is anything I can do for you while I'm there let me know and I'll take care of it! I'm taking the camera too so if there is anything you would like a picture of let me know. Take care! Happy RV-ing! Ron

Hey Ron!

We'd love to see some photos of the factory, the production lines, Camp WRV and the faces of some of the muckity mucks mentioned on this forum.

These would make great material for your website. It would also be appropriate for WRV's website.

Could you also get a list of appropriate email addresses? Parts. Service. Customer Service. The gal who sells the shirts. Sometimes an email is more effective and concise than a phone call, especially if the question will require a little research.

Thanks!

Ron,

I posted on this forum a couple of days ago to see if anyone had received the "new and improved" switches for the Smart Beds. I am refering to the ones on the outside of the coach. I was told by the factory that everybody with Smart Beds would be receiving them by mail.

So far, nobody has responded to my post. Maybe you could ask them while you are there.

Thanks, Jim

Update as to the factory visit...

I regret to say due to some unexpected health issues with my mother I was unable to go.
However I do have all the current and updated info and will have more to come...I expect to go to the factory in the near future.

As to the smart bed switches they are in the process of working with manufacturers to make a better replacement and as soon as I know more I 'll keep you posted.

Thanks and HAPPY RV-ing Ron
