Water pressure

Does anyone know what would cause us to have good water pressure in the bathroom sink but not at the kitchen sink? I cleaned the little screen at the kitchen sink faucet but did not help at all. Just strange that there would be good pressure at the bathroom sink and not at the kitchen sink.

Does your coach have a central Manobloc type water distribution system where there is a cut off for each water supply location. If so the cut off might be partly in the off position & you are not getting full volume.

Is the low pressure for both hot & cold or just one? Maybe a kink in a water line? Also make sure all of your directional valves in the basement are turned on if you have them.

Yes the low pressure is both hot and cold. So there might be directional valves in the basement?

Unless after market or RO system related, only check valves are in the city water inlet and the hot water tank inlet--probably debris in an elbow --keep looking....

Dennis, I am pretty sure WRV used this type faucet on all models.Click image for larger version

ID:	88018 . If you have good pressure to the coach (as evidenced by good pressure, BOTH hot and cold, at the bathroom) also check the pressure in the utility bay faucet and/or the toilet sprayer, if all are good you were looking in the right place. The sprayer/faucet in the kitchen is where both hot and cold come back together, so check the sprayer hose including the weight attached to the hose under the sink to see if it is kinked, otherwise it must be the valve itself.

Just cleaning the screen may not be the problem.
I pull the head off and soak over night in CLR every
couple of months.
Keeps my pressure good.

Water pressure

Do you have a softener? Bought my rig used. Much scale everywhere and low pressure. Crystals will especially form on metal. Soft water disolved all of the crystals in about 2 months. Stays clean!

Are you sure there is not a filter in the faucet? Mine had a filter in it (the faucet split open for access) and got clogged. Unfortunately Moen quit making them and filters were no longer available so they sent me a new faucet. No problem after replacing the faucet.

Dennis, I would not be sure you need to replace the whole thing, shut off the water source (and the pump), take the faucet apart, then take the valve to your local hardware store, I am sure you will be able to find the parts. I had a problem with my shower valve, it broke, so I went to my local Ace and found the parts, they had a Delta part that fit. Be sure to take the original with you so they can match the parts. Also check that the hose is not crimped by the weight (or anywhere else).
