Water Pump Fuse Location?

Any ideas? I've looked at the panel in the hall, the one in the battery bay, the one in the generator slide area and the one most people have in the tank bay but mine's in the wet bay by the Hydro Hot control panel. The Shurflo has decided not to work today.

The fuse is normally "inline" mounted about 3 or 4" from the pump.

Sounds like the pump might have quit. Ours decided to just stop on our way to Alaska a couple of years ago. If you have a volt meter, check the power at the pump, if you have power. it's probably the pump.

After 10 years the fuse on our pump physically broke, replaced it and all was fine.

If it isn't the fuse, check the latching relay/controller. It's usually located close to the pump. When they fail, it appears that the pump or electric feed is shot. About $30 to get a replacement. I now carry a spare after mine failed last year.

Todd

Look in the battery compartment, back wall fuse panel. Look for the 15 amp, "house power". This fuse took out both my SL and the water pump, at Quartzite this year.

Thanks everyone. The inline fuse was good. There was power to the wires. The wires had no sign of corrosion. I believe the pump is kaput. I do have a spare and it works.
