WRV has ceased all operations and their holdings are going to auction.

Where have you been? WRV died about 5 or 6 weeks ago.

Without this forum and without my (obviously jealous) friends, I'd have never known. It's not that important to the general public.

As it worked out, I read it within minutes and had several SOB friends email me within hours.

Jim- Don't feel too bad about not being "in the loop." I got a call from a fellow Alpiner who had vetted the info, and throughout a somewhat lengthy call I basically kept telling him, "You're nuts." Talk about denial

Jim,

They were monitoring the phone for a while, but I don't know if anyone is still around. Phil Mattoon and Burk Morgan were there for at least a few weeks after the announcement. You can try their main number...509-853-2940...to see if you get any response. Leave a message, and someone might still be checking to try to help us owners.

Check out this link to Monomoy Capital where they are still pretending that WRV is one of their investments:
http://www.mcpfunds.com/wrv.asp

They also provide names, email addresses, and phone numbers to contact them:
