Without this forum and without my (obviously jealous) friends, I'd have never known. It's not that important to the general public.

As it worked out, I read it within minutes and had several SOB friends email me within hours.

Jim- Don't feel too bad about not being "in the loop." I got a call from a fellow Alpiner who had vetted the info, and throughout a somewhat lengthy call I basically kept telling him, "You're nuts." Talk about denial

Jim,

They were monitoring the phone for a while, but I don't know if anyone is still around. Phil Mattoon and Burk Morgan were there for at least a few weeks after the announcement. You can try their main number...509-853-2940...to see if you get any response. Leave a message, and someone might still be checking to try to help us owners.
