What is my Alpine worth?

I'm considering selling my 2003 40'er. Last year my family and I put 23,000 miles on her traveling the country for work, but now my work has changed. Where in the past I'd travel to a location for a week at a time, it's now a day or after noon at a time so travel via airplane (yuck!) is going to occur much more often.

So, my coach has 72,000 miles and runs great! There are some things that I'd need to fix before selling, but overall everything on the coach works. New house batteries and new front tires (Michelin). The drive tires need replacement due to age. I'm not sure I'd replace them prior to the sale because I'd probably want Michelin's on it if I were keeping it but the new owner may not want to pay the extra price for them.

Anyway, any information as to what a person thinks it's worth would be great. I'd like to just get what I owe on it (who doesn't ) which is a quite a bit less than what I see comparable models for on RV trader. Thanks for the help!

NADA shows base low retail of $86,000.00 (options other than engines mean nothing on resale). Unfortunately it is not normal to get base low retail when selling it yourself, especially in this economy. Although not a lot of miles by diesel standards, 72,000 tends to be high for people seeking a used coach. A realistic value would probably be in the mid to high $60K range.

A 2003-40 in outstanding condition, well upgraded over time (computer desk, 5-station Intellitec pump controller, upgraded tank gauges, hose & cord reels w/remote controls, basement slider trays, nice automated RO system, etc.) sold for an even $100k in a person to person sale a few weeks ago, well advertised. Pretty sure his mileage was lower. Took him ~ 2 months to advertise & sell it. Might have been garaged most of its life, but not sure on the percentage. It showed real well, and of course, drove like an Alpine.
