I want to send out a personal thanks to Gale Johnson, his wife Joan and my wife Claudia for making the last four years so memorable. I had a great time in Nashville with Claudia on her last rally as President of the Alpine Coach Association. "Now we can eat together at Rallies".
Who had a great time?

We were at the Rally quite by accident. We stopped by in our 32' Bounder, met some wonderful people, the dealers from Uhlmann RV and ended up buying our first Alpine, a 40FDQS Limited SE. Wonderful people at the Rally, looking forward to the next Rally!

Hello & Welcome HRHUGGIE:
Congratulations on the NEW Alpine, sorry I did not get to meet you in while in Nashville. Just to let you know that the Alpine Coach Association (ACA) will have the Desert Rat Rally in Quartzsite AZ, January 18-22, 2007 and a Rally in Perry, GA March 13-18, 2007. The salesman said that you lived in southern CA. I hope you will also join Alpine So Cal in Las Vegas February 16-18 2007 and in Hemet for the fifth anniversary Rally April 27-30 2007.

Hi Hugh & Cyndi,
I would like to add my hearty welcome to the Alpine family!
My husband and I are currently waiting for our 2007 40FDQS SE, which is due off of the production line in early December. Did you purchase one of those that were being shown in Nashville, or do you have one coming off of the line? We can hardly wait for our new one (which will be our 4th Alpine, if you can believe that!), and sometimes wish we weren't so fussy that we needed to put in a special order.
We will look forward to meeting you at DRR VI in January and in Vegas in February.

Gail and John,
Thanks for the welcome.. really a great bunch of people, but then again in my 25 years of motorhoming (my first was a 24' minnie winnie class C) I have found that people in campgrounds around the US are in general a wonderful bunch, always willing to share anything from a spot at the campfire to a good bottle of wine.
Yes, we did buy at the Nashville rally. We drove in with our 32' Bounder that was getting a little tired and drove off with our new Alpie. Put it through some real paces over the next 3 weeks and we loved every minute.
Funny that you say that your so fussy that you ordered your new one. Cyndi and I were just saying that for our next Alpine we will do that!
Look forward to meeting you too at the DRR VI and in Vegas

The Wilsons had a super time in Nashville. The planning that went into our Rally was well done.
Now if we could get Gale to do something to warm up some of the weather..(Corvette Day) it would be perfect. Our thanks to Gale and Joan, the ACA Board, and our ACA members..a great job, well done once again. Without our members we would not have such a great group!
Danny, does this also mean that Claudia will be going 4-wheeling with us at Desert Rat?
Welcome to our newest Alpiners...You will love the great people in our organization! Looking forward to meeting you.
