Went to a bowling tournament in Kelso this last weekend - saw several Northbound I-5 Alpines on Sat going down and one on Sun that we passed. Who were you and doing anything fun?

We developed another hydraulic leak just for the record. Found it when we pulled in on Sun and opened the side panel (the one without the lock) - found a nice big puddle of fluid on top of the holding tank (or it looks like one of the holding tanks).

So I will be calling Uhlmann's today for another appt. Previously we had the engine door redone and some lines capped off - it looks like there is a capped off line in that area - maybe it came loose.

But we still love our Alpine!!!!!

Good morning to ya, just wondering what you had done to the engine door and why. Our '98 36FDS has had a couple of hydraulic leaks on the passenger side but just needed a little wrenching.

Currently in Seaside, OR where the sun is finally shining and maybe it will warm up a bit today.

We had a leak in the lines right by the engine door - the line that controlled it. We tried just about everywhere to get them repaired - and then Uhlmanns came up with the idea in connection with WRV to cap the lines for the door and put in a retrofit kit to use pistons for manual opening with the latches like some of the newer rigs --- works just great - not sure if this leak is related to the capping of the other lines or not -

Virginia & Steve,

Which side of the coach did the lines come to, the driver side or the passenger side? The reason I ask is that I had some oily fluid on the rear drivers side jack the last time I had it down. The coach stayed level for the time I had the jack down, so don't figure it was the jack leaking. It wasn't but an oz. or two so haven't been real concerned. However, it should be fixed and having an idea where to direct the techs is more cost effective that just turning 'em loose.

Any one with an idea, chime in.

Ours was on the right side as you faced the back of the coach for the rear door leak. When you opened the door - you could see the leak from around the fitting on one of the hoses.

This new leak appears to be in the middle of the coach right in front of the rear tires ---
