Window and Door Awning package and Aqua-Hot for an '06 40FDQS

We are working on purchasing a used '06 40FDQS. It does not have any awnings on the windows or the front door. It does have the slide toppers and the A&E Power Awning on the camp side.

We live in SoCal so but plan to travel to OR. and WA frequently. I'm a newbie so I'm not sure where to find an awning package. Is it even worth it?

Also the coach is NOT equipped with Aqua-Hot tankless water heater. Is that a worthwhile upgrade? Does it save water?

Sounds like the coach has all he original equipment. Adding window awnings is not a bad idea. Perhaps others who have done so will chime in as to their cost and effectiveness. As for adding aqua hot, it is primarily used for heating the coach, hot water is a side benefit. I doubt that it would be cost effective. If interested in water savings, you might want to consider a tankless system for hot water.
