We have a 2004 40' coach and while having dinner last night our windshield popped out on both sides. When we talked with the dealer in Washington they said it was a design flaw on coaches manufactured before May 2003. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix this issue. So far Western RV has not responded to our issues and we need assistance.

Welcome to our forum Robbert

You will find a wealth of information on IRV2. The windshields on our coaches are used widely throughout the industry.
Try the search feature to see if anyone has had a similar problems in the past. I personally have not heard of windshield problems in newer Alpine coaches.

Robbert - I have not heard of a "popping out" windshield problem with Alpine but have heard of one (that has been fixed) with County Coach and Monaco.
