Wiper arm

Ok, well the spline is pretty much worn down and the wiper arm and blade rest too far down actually below the window.. so the wiper blade really doesn’t cover the window as it should... it’s a MADI WIPER ARM but internet search proved useless .. any suggestions welcomed and thank you in advance
