Resolution
Replaced the VIP Modular SmartWheel Master Controller (SM 210 Rev A). The VMM was not receiving any wiper inputs from SmartWheel Master Controller. Supplier in this instance was Spartan Chassis Inc, their p/n 1915-NN2.
