Are Chris Scott and Warren Pinpler still there? The two of them made our visit there last November a really pleasant experience. Warren was our lead tech; I prefer to think of him as "Warren the Wizard." And Caitlin McConkey at the front desk was a really nice person to work with as well!

Yes, Warren the Wizard is still there...I think he will take his last breath there, thankfully! However, Chris is gone and we didn't encounter a Caitlin at the Customer Service desk, so she may be gone as well. Kemo is now the lead tech, which is kind of a loss to the tech squad, as he was a really good tech. Now he spends his time supervising the work, which I guess could be a good thing...if he is the one doing the training of the new guys.

When we were there a few weeks ago, there were 2 new guys working with Izzy. They will get really good training from him!

I guess it's too soon to expect a call, since we only left the factory from picking up our new motorhome 2 weeks ago. But, we did get a letter in the mail today thanking us for the opportunity of showing us "how proud we are of our manufacturing facility", as a result of the tour we took while we are there.

Now, I know that this was automatically generated from the little form we filled out to go on the tour, but I still think it is a nice touch for someone who has gone on the tour because they are considering an Alpine purchase, or even if they have been an owner but have not toured the new facility.

Thank you, WRV, for starting these practices!

I'm thankful Warren is still there! Chris is a big loss - he was trained by Dave Kamppi and did a super job for us. I hope Caitlin is still there, maybe in another area as she was so very nice and helpful. I still have not been called by the WRV phone survey - wonder if they have me on file?
