Got a call this morning from a WRV customer service rep. WRV is reaching out to its owners with a 5 question survey. Survey could be a little more detailed, but I was very pleased that WRV is reaching out to its owners. The Rep was very pleasant and would note any additional comments that I made. Hope all you get a call from WRV.

I too received a call yesterday. Apparently several of the folks are being let go or are leaving of their own volition (including Mike Glasier). Work force numbers about 350 now with production of trailers & motorhomes consolidated in the facility next to the customer service center. I hope something positive comes out of this survey that enhances the value of my coach.

We got our call while on the road to Mexico several weeks ago. One of the questions was what suggestions or other info would I like to relay to WRV. Kinda caught me flat footed so I asked them to call back, which didn't happen. If you haven't been called, might want to make a list & have it handy.
Sorry to hear about MG if the rumor is true. Hope Izzy is sticking around.

Well we haven't been called, but then I'm not sureprised since we are the second owners of the coach and the last time we talked to the factory they had our names correct, but the original owner's address and telephone number.

You know the bad kid on the block wants to keep his reputation . In reality it is just a front and inside is a Teddy Bear .

Where is our call?

Check out the Good Sam survey of their members in the May 2007 issue of their Highways Magazine. Our forum comments would probably mirror their comments/results.

"Build it right. And if you don't, get it fixed the first time. And if you can't do either or those, I want to be protected by state lemon laws."

Sounds like what we're trying to tell WRV???

We received the survey call a few weeks ago. They even took negative numbers for our responses.
We are currently at WRV getting service done. Seems like they are working at getting things done. Slowly but they are working. They are short handed, at least we find them trying. Kimo has been great. Izzy is still there and yes, MG did leave.
