Xantrex AGS

I would like to fined someone in or near Portland, Or that understands the Xantrex system. I have tried Xantrex/Schneider Elect. but can't seem to explain my problem; two lines of AGS on the display and the generator quits after a few minutes.

Infinity Coach of Sumner, WA is supposedly savvy on Xantrex (per postings on Country Coach group on yahoo).
Also try Don Wheeler, Mt. Hood, OR @ 503-928-0407 (also per 3rd party recommendation some place, I don't recall where).

EM, Thanks.
I have been emailing Schneider Electric, Xantrex's tech ser, and hope to get to the coach next week. They were a bit stumped with my dilema.
If they can't figure it out I will give your suggested numbers a call.

Thanks

I will be home Tomorrow evening. I live in vancouver, WA, have an APEX model, and could help you. Give me a shout via personal message with your phone number, and I will call you on Saturday or Sunday. And I am going to assume you have read the manual, and are following the procedures as recommended therein.
