I have the RS2000 and stumped!

Is it normal the have 2 lines of AUTO GEN START on the display? If not, how to delete one line.

I found the warning and fault section in the manuals but there is no mention of "nodes". I am repeatedly getting "node 250/w254. I am not sure what I tried to do, and maybe should have been in the safe mode to do it.
I looked at there web sight but could not find what I was looking for.
Presently in sunny Hautabambito so phoning Xantrex is not an option at this time.

What display are you talking about. There is a "enable temp 1" and "enable temp 2" setting on the Xantrex control panel. Normally 1 is for the thermostat and 2 is not used.

What problem are you having, is it not working? I can find no references to the code you posted. The safe mode is used mainly to add and remove items from the Xanbus system.

Have you tried resetting the system.

I was referring to the" system control panel display" under "Select A Device",
line 1; RS2000
line 2 & 3; Auto Gen Start
I think there are some setting you can't change unless you go to safe mode first, not sure. I have gotten faults the indicate it tried to start a maximum number times but failed.
I can run the generator by using the manual on and off setting. I would just like to know how to set it up properly. Someday I will get with somebody that knows more about this gadgit than I can figure out.

Brad,

I don't know why it would hare 2 lines of AGS, mine and manual only shows 1. I would try a reset. Has it worked in the past? If a reset doesn't fix it and it has always been that way, I would look at the wiring.

If you are at DRR look me up and I will look at it with you.

I tried the reset but nothing seemed to change.
I am not at DRR unfortunately. We are near Hautabampo Mexico and will be around Palm Spr. Middle of Feb. Have to be back to Portland the end of Feb. for the birth of a grandsun.
