The Onan 7500 will not turn over by the switch on the dash. It runs fine but only when it wants when placed in automatic or manual On. What is the configuration in the xantrex so it will just operate by the switch?

I love our 07 36 MDDS even with these annoying issues. Yes we got the bedroom slide leak fixed.

Doc:

You didn't mention if it will run via the switch by the inverter control panel or the switch on the generator itself. You need to isolate the problem down to the individual switch on the dash (or the related wiring) or if all switches don't function (a problem at the generator).

The Xantrex inverter knows when you run the genset via manual switch and will indicate it (and tell you to shut it off via switch).
