A little confusion here.
Do you mean a CEL ( Check Engine Light ) and Check Trans Light ?
Or is ATC ( Auto Traction Control ) correct?
Do you a multi-meter? So you can check all battery voltages.
Do you know the location of all the chassis fuse boxes, and have you checked the fuses?
Speaking of chassis, posting your coach brand and chassis manufacturer, would help too.
EDIT: Sorry I now see : National as your RV manufacturer.

The lights that won't go out are. ATC
Auto traction control. And check trans lights. I don't have a meter with me
I do know where all the fuses are and can check them.
I disconnected the + side of battery hoping to get a reset. But there was still power at the key
Do I need to disconnect all the batteries?
Allison mech says those lights won't go out until motor starts. Need cummins tech

RUNDLC
If you disconnect the +side of the "chassis battery", (aka: "engine" or "starting" battery), there WILL NOT be power "at the key".... unless something is wired incorrectly.
However disconnecting that battery for a time may not force a reset.... the warning lights my illuminate again when the battery is re-connected and the key is turned on.

Thanks Mel and others! Found the issue somehow the emergency stop button was triggered, after going thru all the fuses and connections we decided to try that button. As soon as we heard the pump we knew we were in business she fired up and we are ready to roll

Glad you're up and running, and thanks for wrapping up your post.
But where is the emergency stop button.
Could be a , National RV , only thing , but if you didn't know it was there , chances are most other owners don't know either.

No problem, that button is in the engine bay upper right hand side. NOW I have to figure out what my step is not working, its stuck in the out position, just kept driving though.

@Skip,
Yes those peskie steps, never had an issue with them until this week, I have owned this rv since February. I have checked all the fuses non are blown, the small light under the step is illuminated so I am at a loss. Have you had this issue?

Could be a door switch out of adjustment , if the controller doesn't see the door switch close , it'll keep the steps out even with the engine running.
Do you have the owners manual ?
If this is your brand maybe you can download the manual.

If you have or can find a magnet put it by the door switch on the motorhome side and see if that gets the steps to move.
