'08 Pacifica Super Slide adjustment question

I have a 40' with a Super Slide on the passenger side. We've used it one time but have had the slides open and closed a dozen or so times since purchasing thi coach used in Sept but it is now slightly off square. Top right corner is one inches left, bottom left the same amount but the entire top is closed tight. See pics

(We always level front - back & side to side before extending slides. My pad is concrete and fairly level.)Click image for larger version

The dealer we purchased from says that we should only take the coach to a shop that has a "teaching pendant" so that the coach will "re-learn" the positions. However they are 4 hrs away. Local RV dealers and shops have no idea what I'm talking about but they say they can adjust it. At $120 hr for labor, I'm inclined to drive the 4hrs to have it adjusted.Click image for larger version

Anyone have experience here?

I would advise to look into the literature that came with your motor home on slides, find out who made it and call them, they will help. I called the maker of my slide on my Islander, Power Gear, and they told me how to adjust mine.

140-1176 Teaching Pendant

Here's a great video that explains how to adjust PowerGear Slides with a Teaching Pendant. Now all I need to know is where to buy one.

Power gear only accepts emails so no dice calling them and having an intellectual conversation.

Good video though...

Thanks for the comments!
