12 VDC Issue after Chassis Battery Jump - Pacifica 40D

A tow company jumped our 2008 National Pacifica 40D. I think they applied too much voltage and a loud "pop" came from the dash area. Now the steps don't work and the awnings don't work. Everything else _seems_ ok.

Can anyone provide help on troubleshooting this? I haven't found the step or awning fuses. I looked in the front driver cubby and the rear passenger cubby. Needless to say, I don't have a schematic or a manual.

Any help on where to look or what to try would be greatly appreciated.

We have checked ALL the fuses we know where to find. Do you know where the steps & awning fuses are?

Not sure if same as 08 but on my 07 40B there are circuit breakers at top of the 12v house panel 1 is marked steps. The other is awning. Also in front left near wheel is a panel with fuses for step & awning. I can send pic of pages in owners manual if you need them. Tom 07 Pacifica

Thanks. Is that inside the rig near the driver's left knee, or in the outside cubby near the left front wheel? The fuses in the cubby are not labeled.
