1984 DOLPHIN NEED MANUAlS/SCHEMATICS

Me(P.B. Jay) n my Hunny have just got into one of these sweet little '84 Dolphins n she needs a lil work.Any manuals and/or schematics would be so much appreciated.One of our overhead lights shorted and they all went out. So now we have no lights in back. . Fortunately we can plug in at her moms and use the 110 at the gfi and plug in a lamp. Now we got a little one on the way and fixin up the humble home is the task at hand. She's due 12-08-10 so any hand with these would be divine!!!!!THX 2 ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on the Dolphin. I bought an 05 Tropical back in Oct. and have been working on some issues as well. There are not a lot of manuals available for the coach itself, there is an archive site that has some brochures and such: National RV Archives

If you shorted a 12V light you probably popped the breaker to the light circuit. After you check and find the shorted light fixture and fix what is shorted, you will have to reset the breaker. I don't know the layout on your Dolphin, but my Tropical has a breaker panel box on the hallway wall right at the Bedroom. In any case, look for a circuit breaker panel and check the breakers. Mine are 12V style round push button breakers, if one is popped it should be sticking out a bit, you can push it back in to reset.

I attached a picture of the style breaker I have, these are mounted in a panel box. Good luck.

Going forward on the maunuals and schematics, there is a lot on info on specific items on this forum so you can search and find a lot of info. Manuals for the different appliances and parts on RV's are usually available by searching the web with the model number or description. Some of the forum members that have a Dolphin close to your build year may be able to help you with more specific info.
