does anybody know where to get a passenger side windscreen for a 1991 Dolphin (FS-3100) ?

That's quite a dramatically curved windshield. I don't know your location, but start at a franchised auto glass replacement shop. They can either help you or direct you to someone who can. It's not really a DIY project, you will spend some pretty heavy cash unless you're in one of the states that require insurance to cover 100% of windshield replacement.
