Hello and welcome. Clueless? Maybe you could expand on that. Most of the manual that came with our coach are about the components such as refers, gen-sets, awnings and the like. Very little about the coach. May I suggest that you write down some of the components of concern and visit the website of that manufacturer. Many of them have manuals for older products. That should go a long way towards you understanding the operation of your rig. Please also post some of your questions here. There is a wealth of knowledge here and I'm sure you'll get a lot of great advice.
Welcome. We are glad you found us.

I am clueless about these motorcoaches. I have a tagalong but I like to know all about the rig as I am pretty handy and like to do the work/maintance myself. As to the manufacture, their old web site is shut down along with their plants.I am starting with location of all batteries, inverters and electronics.

What I meant was the manufactures of the components, like Dometic, Onan, Thetford ect ect. That should go a long way to help you. For the rest, you are going to have to poke around and learn like most of us do.

You can also check this web site. They have past manuals for many of Nationals products.

I hope you mean that in a good way. There is just no short answer or learning curve. I wish there was.

I do mean it in a good way. I am just want to know every detail. I have not had time to find the generator/inverter battery yet and it is almost dead. I do enjoy the learning part though. I will enjoy this weekend exploring the vehicle.

I'm sorry I have to ask. How did you come to own this RV? Didn't the previous owner give you a tour? Buying a RV is risky under the best of circumstances.

No problem... you'll love this, a repo auction. So no tour but I'm figuring it out.
