1999 Tradewinds windshield

Looking for a drivers side windshield for my '99 Tradewinds.
Safelight says they can't help me.
Anyone know of a supplier that stocks them, or if the glass fits any other vehicles?

Hi

Just as well Safelight can't help. They would have HOSED you. They quoted my Truck Windshield at $350 and a local guy did a perfect job for $150. Even if it's an Insurance job, somebody pays in the premiums.

My drivers side windshield is:
Guardian
AS-1 GG-M85
DOT 22
113183

The passengers side is:
DG
Coach Glass
Laminated RV
DOT 6023
AS 1 M60

The passengers side was replaced a few years ago by the same guy who did my Truck and it's as good as original. He also replace the gasket at the same time so there was additional charges for removing and reinstalling the Drivers side and of course the gasket. Here is a copy of the quote, which is what he charged me.
Dick

The quote for your windshield

1999 National Trade Winds Motorhome

Right Windshield and Gasket

Glass : 429.00

Gasket : 225.00

Crate Charge : 75.00

Freight Charge : 95.00

Installation of right windshield 175.00Removal and installation of left windshield and gasket 175.00

Total 1174.00

Tax 80.41

Grand Total : 1254.41

The glass takes about a week for delivery.

I can not be held responsible if the drivers side gets broken during removal and installation but rest assured we have not broken one in several years.

We offer a life time guaranty against leaks or defects in workmanship.

I would need 1/2 down to order the glass = 627.20.

We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
