1999 TropiCal front passenger window leak

I have a 99 TropiCal that has developed a leak where the front cap and passenger side window meet. I had to remove the entire window to fix wood damage only to discover that the window is held in place by a seal as opposed to the normal trim ring with the perimeter screws.

My question is this, how hard is it to replace the seal? Is it even available since they are out of business? Anyone have the same issue and if so, what did you do? Last but not least, the wall paper. Anyone know where I could find the matching pattern?

Do a Google search for HEHR windows. National RV like all other manufactures just buy parts from vendors and suppliers.
