2000 Tradewinds - Mattress replacement for couch bed?
We recently acquired this Motorhome and somewhere along the way, the previous owner once removed, removed this mattress from the couch bed. Would anyone on this forum have a referral to vendor that sells a replacement, hopefully a good stiff replacement mattress?
Thanks,
Bill

Bill, Our 01 Tradewinds as a 2 inch foam pad (covered) and has tie strings to hold it down.. Our son had one made at a mattress company using a 4 inch pad for his overhead class C. You might consider buying a memory foam pad from Sam's Club or overstock.com. And have it covered. Just a thought. – – – Happy Trails. – – –P.S. Our hide a bed, is not very exciting to sleep on. But, it usually eliminates guest staying more than one night. )

How about an air mattress? Easy to store under the bed. You can buy a pump for fairly cheap as well for the times it's needed.

We have the original and found it so pathetic to sleep on for company, we added a 2" thick memory foam pad on top of the original. It folds up with the original mattress and actually adds support to the couch.
