Can anyone tell me where I can get a tutorial on repairing the battery box in my Dolphin.
I would like to keep it original as possible

Check West Marine website. How to fiberglass. Batt box is great place for beginners.

Pretty easy stuff with a little practice.

General info., The battery box was molded fiberglass manufactured in house by NATIONAL RV and not supplied by a vendor.

Mine showed signs of cracking as did my son's. Just went to West Marine got the fiberglass resin and hardener got the fiberglass at lowes, pulled the batteries and put down 2 layers of fiberglass running it 1/2 way up the sides. Problem solved that was 14 years ago. Then you can pull the covers off the A/C units and put down a layer or two of fiberglass on the inside to keep them from cracking.

I have the same problem. Will probably get to fixing it next weekend. I'm just going to use fiberglass to reinforce it.
