2003 Dolphin distribution center.

[/QUOTE]Might as well start my own thread as my problem is different. I have a 111979 but the number on it is 01033-10 rev 6. I found a burned spot on the board at the lower left side. 3rd row in is a part C2 next to r48. Don't know what this part is. I think I could fix it if I knew what it is. I believe it is part of the comparator circuit.
They won't sell just the board, ya have to buy the whole thing. If I can't fix this thing I will rip it out and go to Intelitc BBC and a separate distribution panel. Any body have a board that don't work they want to get rid of? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...0145606&type=3

Here is a pic of the board. I think it maybe some sort of diode. It was the same as C1 and C6. It has 11.98 volts at the solder joint next to R48 and 0 volts on the other leg.

Did some trouble shooting today on it. The battery disconnect part of the board works. The emergency start or the charging of the chassis battery does NOT. It also doesn't charge the coach batteries with the engine running. I can fix that by adding a 12vdc delay on relay and wire the emergency switch directly to the interconnect solenoid. Does anybody have a schematic of this board? The only thing I can find wrong with this board is that capacitor. If I knew what the value of that cap is I think I could get it to work.

Well soldered in a new cap but still no workie. Went ahead and wired in a time delay relay and wired the emergency start switch direct to the solenoid. I've had class As that were wired this way before. It just won't charge the chassis battery when plugged in. I set my timer to 20 minutes so it won't charge the house batteries from the alternator until it times out. Chassis battery should be back up by then.
