my curiousity has gotten the best of me. was searching for used rv's & came across one from a dealer that sounds like B/S to me, so i'll throw it out to National/ former National owners.

rare 2003 tropical that was built by Monaco rv? goes on to say Monaco started National rv? i've got a 2000 national & it was built by national. humm!! anyone know if it is true or not? ad goes on & on with many misspelled words. wonder if he was drinking/smoking something that day? i think national still owned CC in 2003 & if he said it was built by them--it would be more believeable.

anyone have one of these RARE units?

Sounds really rare! We had a 2004 Tripi Cal built by National and yes National still owned CC in 04. National did not close it's doors untill November of 07 but, they sold CC in Feb 07. How about a link to the ad?

i agree totally, not sure why dealer states this in ad. i'm not good at transferring ads from one place to another so if someone can do it ---go for it!!!

Looks like a small dealer of most anything used only been in business a couple of years. In the ad he states been in business 15 years but Better Business Bureau says 2. The ad sounds like he has no idea what he is talking about. Either that or he hopes to find a sucker by lying.

This is the same unit, the dealer involved sounds less than the best friend you can have. In fact with friends like them, you don't need enemies.
