2004 Dolphin LX by National Rear Access Panel

I have a 2004 Dolphin LX that the Inverter for the Rear TV has stopped working. Using a meter, I have determined there is no power and I tested the Inverter on another battery, it's functional. Looking in the area is says there are additional Fuses and Connections under the Rear access panel. Does anybody know where to look for this panel, I can't seem to locate it and I'm 99.9% sure it's a blown fuse base on the way that NRV wired the inverter, wires are way to close together without any protection between them. A bump in the motor house could cause a short that would blow a fuse.

Thank You in Advance,

SBlindgren

The TV is AC powered so it uses circuit breakers not fuses. The diagram I have for 2006 shows the power goes to icemaker plug and then to the rear TV.

My motorhome has an inverter at the rear. There is also an electrical Plug there, but the problem is the power to the Inverter.

So you are talking about ac voltage feeding it, if so that should be coming from a 30 amp breaker in the main breaker box.
If you are talking about dc, 12 volt, supplying it than it should be a straight shot of battery cable to the battery bank with a giant hundred amp fuse somewhere along the way. It will look like the old house fuses no clear area you have to use a meter to check. BTW if this fuse is blown you are not charging the batteries when plugged in either.
If you have both inputs fine then the transfer switch internal to the inverter maybe dead.
