Could someone tell me where the low pressure port for the chassis air conditioner is (W-22). Does it have a blue cap? thanks.

On my 2005 w-22 it's right next to the heater case on the passenger side of the coach, just inside the front hood. The port is pointing straight forward with a black cap. The high pressure port is right behind the upper side of the radiator on the drivers side, also with a black cap. In most cases you can only put an a/c gauge coupler on the high side port by removing the engine cover inside the coach.

I don't want to sound like a smart a**, but if you don't know which line is low and which one is high maybe you should have someone who does do the work. You can cause some real damage or serious injury to your MH or yourself.

Well its not a matter of which is the high or low side.. I have a gauge and would like to see what the current charge is - I will know the low pressure side when I see it - it either doesnt have one, or it is well hidden. This is a 2003 W-22 chassis.

The low side of the a/c is almost always very near the expansion valve which is always just outside of the a/c and heater box. If it's not there, it might be located right on the compressor.
I've never seen one on a gas truck chassis on the compressor, but I suppose it's possible.
It has to have a low side port...It's the only way to charge the a/c.
