2004 National RV Tropical-No power to TV's

I have a Tropical 2004 with no power to tv's front and back when plugged into shore power. All works great on generator. Have a freedom 458 2000 watt inverter, is there any breakers that could be tripped out on inverter? There are no breakers on the front of this freedom 458 except for one small button on the bottom right side. Everything works as it should on generator and tv's will work. Do not understand why on generator have tv's and on shore power the plugs are dead. Would appreciate any help anyone might have that will find out the problem. All CFCI's have power to them and not tripped out. Have had the shore power automatic switch checked out and is working as it should. Thanks Dwayne

I had a similar problem, 458 Inverter not powering TVs. I don't know why it happen, but I "re-booted" the inverter by removing all power from it , shore and battery, waiting 30 seconds or so, then reconnecting. This meant disconnecting battery cables in my case
so 458 had no power or lights showing on it. Anyway, it started working fine after being connected again. This is something easy to try.

I believe there's a relay on that outlet that automatically turns off the 110v power when you turn on the ignition. It's actually part of the outlet. Perhaps the relay is bad. While checking the TV power outlet, be careful that while there may be no power at the outlet, the box may still be HOT if that built in relay is bad.
