2004 TropiCal fuel filter location

The Owners Guide says "the separator can be found behind the engine air intake when opening the service bay door".....

Just where is the Service Bay Door? The rear opening where I check oil and trans fluid does not have an air cleaner so that cannot be it.

I have an 2005 370 on a 2004 chassis. My fuel water separator is just in front of the rear axle on the passenger side. The other filter is up on the engine itself. It should be obvious if you look underneath in that area.

Good Luck!!

On my 2004 T370 w/ CAT 3126e, the fuel filter is on the passenger side of the coach, behind the rear wheels. If you slide under the coach at the inverter/battery bay then it will be staring you in the face.

The fuel filter on our 350 Cat is located on top of the engine. Open the access door behind the bed and it is visible. It is a pain to change without spilling diesel fuel. I am currently looking for a kit to put the filter in a remote location.

2007 Tropical T330 fuel filter just in front of rear axle, inside the frame rail on passenger side. After looking for it a year I found it and after attempting to remove it I decided not to and had it changed at a Speedco for something like $25.
